This is not easy to convince!
I am also a vegetarian for a long time. After learning a few things related to vegetarianism and eat meat on the net. I know that "Vegetarians" will give me a high risk for osteoporosis and I left a vegetarian to eat meat again.
If you dont know how to get reasonably vegetarian and good for your health is better you should eat meat.
Following a vegetarian diet can make getting all the essential vitamins and nutrients more challenging. if you have or are at risk for osteoporosis, it is important to eat a healthy diet that includes adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D.
