I think you should made a drastic change in your eating habits and started a form of exercise that's fun and incredible for losing those few pounds and sculpting all different parts of the body.
Hoop dancing, Swimming will your savior.
You also know that eating healthy, LOTS of fruits and vegies, as well as whole grains and raw sugars instead of white refined foods, plus LOTS of water, will help you to not only lose some of the weight, but to keep it off... When you do physical work, it makes you feel happy, and makes you have a healthier mindset... If you shut yourself in day after day and dont do anything, you body has no way of burning off the weight you gained while pregnant!! Good luck ladies, I hope that my advice works not only for you, but for me in the near future as well !
You will not only be proud of your body to everyone, but also attracted to the woman you are as well !

I too suffer from anxiety symptoms.  I even remember taking an aspirin before going to bed. It's driving me crazy.  Its pretty scary stuff.  You feel so helpless.  I'm a 34 year old female who feels about 43 years old sometimes. Sometime, i wanna kill myself.  I just was thinking. I hope your contest helps some of you who are worried about your symptoms. I like this contest !

(2) Wash your face with soup and water
(3) Dry your face
(4) Apply Neosporin onto the area
(5) Keep it overnight and avoid touching those areas
In the Morning
(1) Wash your hands with soup and water
(2) Wash your face throughly with soup and water getting rid of the Neosporin
(3) You do not have to apply Neosporin in the morning if you don't want to. 

Or :For the scarring I suggest BIO oil by innoxa, its great! Alternatively Vitamin e oil also works.
Or :Use Vaseline 
Also, you should take some drugs have the function of your skin regeneration.

How to get vegetarians to eat meat?


This is not easy to convince!
I am also a vegetarian for a long time. After learning a few things related to vegetarianism and eat meat on the net. I know that "Vegetarians" will give me a high risk for osteoporosis and I left a vegetarian to eat meat again. 
If you dont know how to get reasonably vegetarian and good for your health is better you should eat meat. 

Following a vegetarian diet can make getting all the essential vitamins and nutrients more challenging. if you have or are at risk for osteoporosis, it is important to eat a healthy diet that includes adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D.

Functional foods: healthy choice or hype?

Functional foods, foods with extra 'healthy' ingredients added, are being touted as the answer to a range of conditions from high cholesterol to iodine deficiency. But are they real health food or just hype?

For much of human existence, food has been a source of nourishment, nutrients and, if you're lucky, some enjoyable flavours.
But in a quest for better health, scientists are now stripping food back to its bare essentials to identify what it is about certain foods that make them so good for you.
These discoveries have led to the rise of so-called 'functional foods' – processed foods that have additional ingredients added to them to enhance their health benefits.
As you walk around the supermarket, you will find plenty of examples of functional foods: orange juice with added calcium, pasta fortified with iron, bread fortified with iodine and folate, margarine that helps lower cholesterol, and yoghurt cultivated with specific bacterial strains.
There is plenty of health hype around functional foods, and their price often reflects this, but how much of a health kick do functional foods really give?
Nutritionist Dr Rosemary Stanton believes functional foods are overwhelmingly a marketing exercise, and have no place in a healthy, balanced diet.
"Many functional foods are designed to replace something that … you would normally get in fruits and vegetables," says Stanton, citing one example of a cracker enriched with lycopene – a chemical found naturally in tomatoes – that can reduce the risk of some cancers.
"They often try to produce something as good as fruit and vegetables, which I think is crazy when we've already got fruit and vegetables."
